The one where...

I will probably get slugged for the following complaint!

I am tired of my pants being too big in the waist. (I swear I eat, mom!!!!) I feel like I constantly have to pull them up and if I put anything in my pocket, I'm gonna lose those suckers....

So yeah - that's my complaint today! It's my blog and I can whine if I want to.

Off to the dentist for DD this morning and the doctor for myself this afternoon. Sigh! Thank goodness for insurance...

  1. I have this problem and I blame it on everything being 'stretch'. Jeans aren't just sturdy cotton any more (at least not women's jeans) and they all have some sort of stretch to them... and it makes me nuts cause I'm constantly hiking them up. I went shopping for jeans and couldn't find anything without some stretch component (not even Levis!)

I have taken to wearing a belt, which helps.

  2. I've had this problem before. Take a dart in on the waist band near a belt loop, or somewhere else unnoticable. It's saved me many a times.

There's an amazing invention called The Belt that can solve problems like this. I have used it before -- I do, in fact, own two -- and can vouch for its effectiveness.

I have that problem too. That is why I rarely wear pants. :>)

You need to eat! LOL Seriously, I think over the years the jeans designers have made the jeans larger in the waist area or the low-rise jeans don't really have a waist. Even I (in my fat state) have a pair of jeans that feel like they are always needing to be pulled up! A belt or a small dart in the waistband might help?
