The Twelfth Child, a novel rich with emotion, humor and tenderness, explores the splintered relationships of a Shenandoah Valley family and their willful daughter’s struggle to survive America’s Great Depression and overcome the past.
My summary: Wow! What a great read! Fantastic, lovable characters, an interesting and entertaining storyline. Abigail Anne is a strong woman and a character I think female readers, especially, will like. I recommend you read this! Especially if you enjoy southern fiction.
I give this: 4 out of 5 stars
